1. Acceptance of terms
By signing up or using ListSnaps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
ListSnaps uses AI to generate product listings and Pinterest pin copy from photos you upload. Output is generated automatically and should be reviewed before you publish it on any marketplace.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not use ListSnaps to generate misleading listings, infringe intellectual property, violate marketplace rules, or upload illegal or harmful content.
5. Plans and billing
Free accounts are limited to 5 generations per calendar month. Plus ($9/month) allows 100 generations per month. Pro ($15/month) unlocks unlimited generations, priority AI processing and bulk generation while active. Billing is handled by Stripe and renews monthly unless cancelled.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not refund partial months unless required by law.
7. Intellectual property
You own the content you upload and the listings you generate. We retain the right to use anonymised usage data to improve the service.
8. Limitation of liability
ListSnaps is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of income, marketplace disputes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content. Always review output before publishing.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
