1. Acceptance of terms
By signing up or using ListSnaps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
ListSnaps uses AI to generate product listings and Pinterest pins from photos you upload. Output is generated automatically and should be reviewed before you publish it on any marketplace. Optionally, you can connect your Pinterest account from the Account page to post generated pins to your boards; disconnecting removes that permission.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not use ListSnaps to generate misleading listings, infringe intellectual property, violate marketplace rules, or upload illegal or harmful content.
5. Plans and billing
Free ($0/month) accounts are limited to 5 generations per calendar month. Listings and Pinterest pins share the same allowance. Plus ($9/month) allows 100 generations per month. Pro ($15/month) unlocks unlimited generations, priority AI processing and bulk generation while active.
Prices include VAT and sales tax where applicable, so the price shown is the total you pay. You may be charged in your local currency at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe and sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service. Link acts as the seller of record for the payment, so your receipt and card statement may show "LINK.COM". Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Consumers in the UK, and where applicable the EEA, have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for Plus or Pro, starting from the day the contract is made.
ListSnaps is a digital service that can start immediately. If you ask us to start supply during this cooling-off period and tick the acknowledgement at checkout, you acknowledge that once supply begins you may lose the right to cancel for that period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, where the law allows. Where the right to cancel remains, a refund may be reduced to reflect the service already supplied, with a partial refund for unused time as the law allows. This acknowledgement does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.
To cancel, email hello@listsnaps.com or use the cancellation option on the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals. To request a refund under your cancellation rights, email us; cancelling in Account does not automatically issue a refund. We do not refund partial months unless required by law.
The payment is sold through Link, but we still honour any cancellation and refund you are entitled to under these Terms. Just email hello@listsnaps.com. Link may also give refunds under its own terms, for example if you contact Link support directly. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
7. Intellectual property
You own the content you upload and the listings you generate. We retain the right to use anonymised usage data to improve the service.
8. Limitation of liability
ListSnaps is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of income, marketplace disputes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content. Always review output before publishing.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
