We follow UK GDPR (and EU GDPR when we serve people in the EEA).

What we do
You upload product photos; we use AI to generate listing text you can copy into marketplaces (e.g. Poshmark, eBay, Etsy, Depop, Vinted, Mercari, Amazon). We do not auto-post for you.
Plans: Free — 5 generations/month. Plus — $9/month, 100 generations/month. Pro — $15/month unlimited, with priority AI and bulk generation (Stripe).
Sign-in: Google and/or email.
Pinterest in-app connect is not currently offered.
What we collect
- Account — email, name/display name, sign-in method
- Billing — plan and Stripe IDs (Stripe holds card details — we do not store full card numbers)
- Your content — photos you upload, generated listings, history
- Usage — generation counts and basic product analytics
- Support — emails you send to hello@listsnaps.com
We do not sell your personal data.

AI: Photos go to Google's Gemini vision AI only to create your listings. We do not use your photos or listing content to train AI models.

Marketplaces only get your listing when you paste it there.
How long we keep it
- While your account is open
- On Pro, deleted items stay recoverable in Trash for 30 days, then are permanently removed
- On Free and Plus plans, deleted items are permanently removed straight away (we ask you to confirm first)
- Hosting-provider (Lovable Cloud) backups are retained for approximately 14 days
- Cancel Pro does not delete your account — you may stay on Free until you delete
- Billing / payment records are kept for at least 6 years as required by accounting rules
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data.
Email hello@listsnaps.com (subject: Privacy request) or use Account settings. We aim to reply within about 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in.
We do not use analytics cookies at this time.
Children & security
18+ only. We don't knowingly collect data from under-18s.
We use TLS and access controls. No system is 100% secure — use a strong password.
Changes
We'll update this page and the static "Last updated" date when we change it. For big changes we'll notify you in-app or by email where appropriate.
